  • Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Tirupati Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is a leading fabrication and heavy engineering company based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. We specialize in high-quality structural fabrication, project execution, and industrial solutions. We are looking for a Senior HR Executive who is proactive, responsible, and experienced in managing HR operations and statutory compliances in a core industry setup.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, workers, and contractual employees.
  • Conduct interviews, verify documents, and issue offer/appointment letters.
  • Manage employee onboarding and induction programs.

2. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain attendance, leave, and manpower reports.
  • Handle payroll coordination, monthly salary inputs, and verification.
  • Manage contractor documents, records, and manpower compliance.
  • Draft and issue HR communications such as warnings, increments, and relieving letters.

3. Statutory Compliance (PF/ESIC/LWF/Bonus/Gratuity)

  • Ensure timely compliance with all statutory acts and returns.
  • Coordinate with government departments and labour officials for inspections.
  • Monitor and verify contractor’s PF/ESIC challans and documentation.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address grievances of workers and staff.
  • Support a safe and positive work environment.
  • Organize welfare and engagement activities for workforce motivation.

5. HR MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain employee master data and HR records.
  • Assist in audit compliance and record verification.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) / Master’s in Human Resource Management

Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years in HR operations (preferably in fabrication, manufacturing, or core industries)

Skills:

In-depth knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance

Proficient in MS Office, HRMS, and documentation

Excellent communication and leadership qualities

Team management and problem-solving skills.

Preference: Male candidates preferred for government department visits and site coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
