Sr. HR Executive

Role Overview: As a Human Resources (HR) professional with 3-6 years of experience, your job purpose will involve managing various aspects of HR operations to ensure smooth functioning within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage statutory deductions such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, gratuity, etc. - Handle salary revisions, increments, arrears, and full & final settlements. - Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursements and reconciliations. - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for different roles. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders. - Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and conduct onboarding formalities. - Conduct induction programs for new employees. - Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS, and personal files. - Draft and manage various HR letters including confirmation, transfer, experience, etc. - Ensure that statutory and compliance documentation is up to date. Qualification Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or Commerce.
