Sr. HR Executive

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the overall business strategy. Your role will involve bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. You will also manage the recruitment and selection process, supporting current and future business needs through employee development, engagement, motivation, and retention. Additionally, you will oversee a performance appraisal system and assess training needs while ensuring legal compliance in human resource management. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining HR records, leading employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and developing overall HR strategies across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy. - Address demands, grievances, and other issues in management-employee relations. - Manage the recruitment and selection process. - Support business needs through employee development, engagement, and retention. - Oversee a performance appraisal system and assess training needs. - Ensure legal compliance in human resource management. - Maintain HR records and lead employee onboarding/offboarding. - Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in HR management or executive roles. - Knowledge of HR systems and databases. - Ability to strategize and demonstrate leadership skills. - Strong active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Competence in building and managing relationships at all company levels. - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. - Degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree or HR certification like SHRM/PHR is a plus).
