Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
Supervise and lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff.
Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
Carry out inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
Monitor equipment inventory and place orders for necessary supplies and spare parts.
Manage maintenance budgets and optimize costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and statutory requirements.
Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a maintenance manager or similar role (typically 5–8 years).
Strong knowledge of facilities and equipment maintenance best practices.
Working knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
