As the Maintenance Manager in a sheet metal fabrication and UPS assembly plant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all machinery, tools, and infrastructure within the facility. You will oversee both preventive and corrective maintenance activities, manage the maintenance team, collaborate with the production department, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and enhance equipment performance. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and executing preventive maintenance schedules for various fabrication equipment such as CNC Punching machines, bending machines, press brakes, Powder coating equipment, shearing machines, welding stations, Transformer winding and Assembly machines, among others.
