Sr. HR Executive

Role Overview: As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for various HR functions including Attendance & Overtime Management, Employee Records & Reporting, HR Coordination & Engagement, and Technical & Software Proficiency. Your role will involve maintaining employee records, coordinating with sites on overtime issues, assisting in HR meetings and trainings, and overseeing pantry staff and stationery requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain night shift attendance across all sites via Smart App - Coordinate with sites on overtime and punching issues; update employees by email - Calculate and update overtime registers - Maintain employee records including personal details, attendance, and leave - Collect and verify daily employee reports - Prepare and circulate HR documents/reports - Assist in HR meetings, trainings, events, and employee engagement activities - Work efficiently on MS Office, Smart App, and Biometric systems - Oversee pantry staff and manage stationery requirements Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in MS Office and Smart App - Strong communication skills for coordinating with sites and employees - Ability to maintain accurate employee records and reports - Prior experience in HR functions will be an added advantage Please note that the company's additional details or benefits were not provided in the job description.
