Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in managing recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations, ensuring smooth HR processes and contributing to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training, and performance appraisal processes.
• Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Coordinate with department heads to address HR-related queries and ensure smooth internal communication.
• Assist in policy implementation and ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
• Support HR Manager in reporting, audits, and HR metrics analysis.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in HR, preferably in the pharmaceutical / manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (attendance, payroll, HRMS tools).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
