Job Description

Sr.Executive HR(Sr. HR Generalist)

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reports.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases (HRMS).
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.

3. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.
  • Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.

4. Performance Management

  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles.
  • Assist managers in goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes.
  • Track performance data and documentation.

5. Compliance & Statutory Requirements

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor welfare).
  • Handle audits and statutory filings.
  • Maintain compliance documentation.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.

7. HR Policy Implementation

  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Support HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
  • 4–7 years of relevant HR experience
  • Experience in corporate / manufacturing service industries (as applicable)

Salary Details- 25000-30000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
