Field Service Engineer

You will be responsible for leading technicians in troubleshooting machine issues to identify root causes and implementing effective countermeasures. Additionally, you will update customer details in the database and share this information with senior management. Understanding site strategies and expectations will be crucial, as you translate them into sustainable maintenance solutions as part of a site master plan. Your role will involve driving business results, managing customer relationships within your area of responsibility, and overseeing project planning, scheduling, and budgeting based on project commissioning and start-up schedules. Your focus will be on delivering service that consistently exceeds customer expectations. This will include negotiating with customers and clients when necessary, attending to customer calls related to faults and queries, and providing appropriate solutions. Regular reporting of daily work and communication with senior management will be essential. You may also be assigned other responsibilities by the management from time to time. Handling customer complaints effectively and ensuring timely resolution will be part of your role, along with managing the inward of inverters, snickering, and couriers individually. Ideally, you should have prior field service experience with electrical and electronic devices, including soldering and circuit analysis. Leadership skills in managing a team of service engineers will be beneficial. Direct customer relationship experience, strong verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence effectively across a distributed workforce are important. You should also demonstrate the ability to resolve complex issues within your area of expertise. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.
