You are a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Diploma Holder) responsible for the preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of machinery in a fully mechanised manufacturing setup. Your primary focus is on machine troubleshooting, repair, and documentation to ensure minimum downtime and smooth production operations. Key Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance: - Perform routine preventive maintenance on all mechanical equipment as scheduled. - Maintain checklists and logs of preventive tasks. Breakdown Maintenance: - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues in production machines such as conveyors, compressors, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems. - Coordinate with the production team to promptly resolve machinery issues.
