Infocus Security Solutions is looking for a Field Service Engineer to handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of security systems at customer locations. Core Responsibilities: 1 . Home locker installation, servicing, password reset, emergency opening support, and customer guidance 2. Video door phone installation, configuration, mobile app setup, and troubleshooting 3. Alarm system installation, sensor testing, wiring, and fault diagnosis 4. CCTV installation, DVR/NVR setup, camera alignment, and basic networking support General Responsibilities: * Attend service calls and installations on time * Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction * Explain product usage and basic troubleshooting to customers * Maintain service reports and job status updates * Follow safety and company service standards Qualifications & Skills: * ITI / Diploma / BE in Electronics / Electrical / Networking preferred * Basic knowledge of security systems and electrical tools * Willingness to work on field and travel within city * Good communication and customer handling skills * Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with technical knowledge can apply) Salary & Benefits: * Salary as per industry standards * Performance-based incentives * On-the-job training and career growth Contact for Application: Call / WhatsApp: 89258 21142 Location: Pammal, Chennai Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Work Location: In person
