• Provide on-site field assistance for commercial vehicles
• Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify technical issues • Conduct live trials and monitor vehicle performance • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system-related problems • Support service teams and customers with technical solutions • Ensure timely resolution of complaints and high customer satisfaction • Coordinate with internal technical and service teams
• Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
• Experience in commercial vehicle service or field support preferred • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Willingness to travel within the assigned region • Customer-focused approach with good communication skills
