Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Engineer based in Chennai. The role involves the installation, calibration, and maintenance of environmental monitoring systems. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, troubleshooting system issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring optimal performance of monitoring equipment. The Field Service Engineer will also provide training to clients, support data integration with regulatory platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service efficiency.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation systems
• Strong understanding of environmental monitoring solutions, including air and water quality systems
• Hands-on experience with IoT platforms, real-time data acquisition, and analytics tools
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
• Excellent communication skills to provide training and support to clients
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field
• Prior experience in environmental monitoring preferred. Freshers can also apply
