Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (60%)

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop job descriptions and collaborate with hiring managers for role requirements.
Use job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants and other sources for hiring.
Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding process.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics.

HR Operations & Compliance (40%)

Oversee employee documentation, HR database, and records management.
Manage HR policies, compliance, and legal requirements.
Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Support in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and HR automation projects.
Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time
