Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sr. Guest Service Associate in F&B service at Royal Orchids Hotels. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in providing exceptional guest experiences.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient room preparation and guest requests.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in guest service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage services, including menu planning and inventory control.
