Roles and Responsibilities

  • Individually prepare high-quality dishes from Indian cuisine, including curries, tandoori specialties, and other popular dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to ensure efficient food production.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in cooking or commis role within an Indian restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, particularly curries, tandoori specialties, and other popular dishes.
