Overseas Location New Zealand - Company Hire no Brokers or Agents Company Overview Campbell QSR Limited operates multiple Pizza Hut Franchises in Auckland, New Zealand, We are looking for Shift Managers and Assistant managers who have 2 years of hands-on work experience in Pizza Hut or Dominos are essential . We currently employ 50+ staff and contractors across 3 branches, and we have been operating for the past 8 years. We are a genuine employer and prefer to hire staff directly to work at our own outlets, No agents or third party brokers involved in the process. Successful applicants will lodge their own visa application. We provide guidance in the visa process. Essential Requirements 2 Years experience in Pizza Hut or Dominos Bachelor degree in Hotel management Car Driving License - (we can give time to get it) Able to Pass English Exam - PTE score above 29 Police clearance and Medical tests required by government Job and working conditions Annual income will be $52k-60k NZD - Around 28 to 30 lakhs inr a year Work visa period will be 3 years for this role. Shift based work, typically 6 to 8 hours per day, 6 days a week. We can help find accommodation, transport and support during initial stages. Job Responsibilities Work at all workstations Dough bench, cut bench, make bench, customer service, dispatch, delivery, and all-round tasks with exceptional standards. Maintain Audit standards, brand standards at all times of store operation. Assist in Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and appraisals Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently Ensure consistent product quality that meets brand standards Handle daily cash reconciliation, petty cash expenses, and banking Work toward achieving sales targets and cost control measures Conduct stock takes and check inward goods from suppliers Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Manage stock control systems, tracking, and purchasing decisions Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Maintain food safety standards Conduct opening and closing procedures according to company protocols Ensure restaurant cleanliness and organization meet brand standards Perform end-of-shift closing procedures and cleaning tasks Ensure equipment maintenance and proper functioning Maintain dining areas, kitchens, and customer-facing areas to high standards Coordinate and manage delivery operations and driver assignments
