Role & responsibilities Maintain hygiene across all kitchens and lounge bar sections. Ensure cleanliness of the banquet pantry as per the occasion requirements. Maintain records of all CCG (Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware) breakages. Effectively coordinate with the KST (Kitchen Stewarding Team) staff. Possess strong knowledge of banquet and other kitchen outlet operations to ensure smooth handling. Take inventory and prepare breakage reports for all glassware and cutlery. Preferred candidate profile Candidates currently Living in Mumbai Must have Work Experience in Restaurants / Hotels.
