• Heading all the verticals of business.
• Capability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing person's perspective.
• Persuading and leading a sales team through coaching and development to achieve sales growth and company objectives.
• Meet and exceed goals through the strategic development and implementation of business plans to achieve sales growth targets and maximize profitability such as P&L, margin profit, etc.
• Set-up and communicates weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Hands-on management and growth of a book of key corporate customers through new business prospecting, exceptional relationship development, and ambitious strategies.
• Builds in-depth knowledge about car rental, transportation and industry trends to better understand and serve customers' needs.
• Cultivates a network of influential contacts to expand the customer base and build lasting relationships to achieve sales objectives.
• Working collaboratively with marketing and customer experience teams to maximize initiatives by sharing key strategies, knowledge and developing proactive tools.
