Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop strategies for business development, human resource management, and training & development.
Manage client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Provide guidance on data analytics, digital marketing, and leadership management best practices.
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services.
Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders through regular reporting and presentations.

Required Skills and qualifications:

0-5 years of experience in HR & BD or related field.
Strong skills in Business Development, Human Resource Management, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Training & Development.
Excellent leadership management, strategic thinking, problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical abilities.
Good negotiation, presentation and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Fluency in english and local language preferred.
