Qualifications & Skills: Postgraduate degree in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Pharmacy / related sciences . 15-20 years of B2B sales experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sectors. Proven success in leading and scaling sales teams. Strong industry network and customer relationship management skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities. Proficiency in sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM tools. (Preferred) Degree/Diploma in Management (Marketing) and exposure to international sales .
