Job Title: Head IT About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Head IT to lead the organization's comprehensive IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations. This leadership role involves driving enterprise-wide digital transformation, managing core applications such as SAP, CRM, and HRIS, and ensuring strong IT governance, security, and compliance while also serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). The role requires developing and executing IT policies, overseeing large-scale infrastructure upgrades, leading automation initiatives within manufacturing, and managing a high-performing IT team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to align technology initiatives with evolving business needs. Requirements: 15–20 years of progressive experience in IT operations and SAP, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Proven hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA implementation, SAP ECC, and modules such as MM, FI, CO, PP, SD, HCM, and Ariba Background in software design and development (min 5 years experience), preferably in SaaS or web-based environments Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security systems, and plant IT systems Prior experience in large-scale manufacturing sectors such as agrochemicals, petrochemicals, cement, or automotive is preferred Excellent team leadership, decision-making capabilities, and project management skills Fluency in Hindi and familiarity with North Indian work environments are highly desirable Preferred qualifications include MBA in IT Systems and certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Prince2 This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape the digital and IT landscape of a leading industrial organization.
