Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically strong IT Manager to oversee IT operations, infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity practices in alignment with ISO/IEC 27001:2022. The role involves managing secure systems, guiding development teams, implementing monitoring tools, and ensuring robust information security and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Infrastructure Management

Oversee network architecture, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security controls.

Manage on-prem and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) ensuring hardening, secure configurations, and identity/access management (A.5.16, A.8.3, A.8.5).

Coordinate patch management, OS updates, and system health monitoring.

Implement and manage secure version control and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Cybersecurity & InfoSec Compliance

Deploy and manage endpoint protection, anti-malware, and vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Nessus, Qualys).

Ensure implementation of SIEM and log monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK Stack, Wazuh) for threat detection and incident response (A.5.25, A.5.26).

Participate in internal and external audits; enforce compliance with ISO 27001:2022 controls.

Implement and review security policies, user access reviews, and encryption practices (A.5.10, A.8.10, A.8.11).

Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor systems using tools like Zabbix, Nagios, or Prometheus/Grafana.

Generate regular security, availability, and performance reports.

Track and report KPIs related to downtime, vulnerabilities, patch compliance, and incident response times

Team Leadership & Awareness

Lead IT support and development teams; assign responsibilities with security ownership.

Conduct InfoSec training and phishing awareness campaigns (A.6.3).

Guide developers and support staff on secure coding and data handling practices.

Asset, Vendor, and License Management

Maintain asset inventory and track software/hardware lifecycle (A.5.9).

Evaluate and monitor third-party service providers for security compliance (A.5.22).

Ensure software licenses and tools are compliant with usage terms.
