Role Overview: As an experienced IT professional with 10-15 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the entire IT Blueprint and strategy for the company. Your role will involve overseeing the information and data integrity of the company and its business units. You will advise senior management on strategic systems conversions and integrations that support business goals. Additionally, you will establish the company infrastructure to support and guide individual divisions, departments, and sites in their computing and information technology efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans and IT objectives to align computer capabilities with company growth and objectives. - Direct and manage computing and information technology strategic plans, policies, programs, and schedules. - Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages. - Establish operating policies and approaches for computing and information technology, evaluate overall operations, and recommend enhancements. - Prepare enterprise objectives and budgets to ensure efficient capture, storage, processing, and dissemination of information. - Identify emerging information technologies, assess their value for the company, and oversee ongoing improvements and feasibility of system enhancements. - Establish short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures to drive IT initiatives forward. - Develop, review, and certify all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans. Qualifications Required: - 10-15 years of experience in IT with expertise in SAP implementation and management, IT infrastructure management, IT new initiatives, and application development and implementation. - Strong strategic planning and project management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.,
