Job Description

IT Strategy & Governance

Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with hospital goals

Ensure IT policies, SOPs, and security standards are in place Systems & Applications Management

Oversee HIS, EMR, PACS, LIS, and other healthcare applications

Ensure smooth integration with billing, finance, and reporting IT Infrastructure & Security

Manage servers, storage, networking, and cybersecurity

Implement data protection policies, backups, and disaster recovery Vendor & Project Management

Manage IT vendors, AMC contracts, and new technology deployments

Evaluate and negotiate IT purchases and upgrades Operations Support

Ensure 24/7 IT support for hospital operations

Monitor helpdesk performance and service SLAs Team Leadership & Development

Build and guide IT team for effective support

Provide training on HIS/EMR usage to hospital staff

Qualification

-Bachelor's/Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
