Job Description: Head of IT (HOD – IT)

Position: IT Head (HOD – IT)
Experience Required: Minimum 7 Years
Education: BCA / Diploma in Hardware & Network Engineering
Additional Knowledge Preferred: CISCO Switches, Firewall
Age: 30+
Gender: Male

Key Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Expertise in handling the Master Server.
• Knowledge of Design/Drawing Server operations.
• Ability to manage and maintain the Tally Server.
• Install, configure, and maintain printing hardware and software.
• Good knowledge of Wi-Fi networks and CCTV camera systems.
• Hands-on experience with Google Spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of IT servers and server management.
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute tasks/projects efficiently.
• Efficient in issue resolution (hardware, networking, and server-related).
• Knowledge of Attendance Machines (Unit IC & ICR) and ICR Server.
• Ability to configure printers with correct firmware, settings, and static IP addresses.
