Primary Skills: Must have 8-10 years business experience in a matrixed management environment (e.g., product development, project management, implementation) Have good working experience in automotive embedded field. Minimum 2 years as practicing agile scrum master. Accredited Scrum Master Certification Exposed to agile development methodologies. Exposed to multi-threaded and multi-process application development. Experience in Atlasian toolset viz JIRA, Confluence in report generation Experience in version control viz Github, BitBucket Embedded C or C++ or Java Programming experience Good to have Scaled agile experience. Accredited SAFe Certification Experience in embedded software development on Linux OS Experience in communication driver development Exposure to Signal based, Service based communication paradigm Exposure to PCIe technology Exposure to ASPICE processes Exposure in developing Safety Application (ISO26262)
