Job Description

We are hiring for GM SCM role for one of our reputed clients in Agri Input Industry. Interested candidates can apply to this job post.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end demand & supply planning, including S&OP, forecasting, and 12-week rolling plans.
Ensure optimal inventory levels across warehouses; monitor PSI, WOS, fill rates, and drive liquidation of slow-moving stock.
Coordinate with manufacturing and procurement to align production plans, mitigate material risks, and ensure smooth planning cycles.
Plan logistics and dispatch operations to optimize service levels and cost; manage warehouse utilization and stocking norms.
Collaborate with transport partners to improve OTIF, route efficiency, and cost control.
Build and enhance dashboards for forecast accuracy, service performance, cost metrics, and inventory health.
Drive process excellence, automation, and standardization across supply chain functions.
