General Manager Sales

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent revenue performance.
Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion avenues.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Provide market intelligence to support product development, pricing, and strategy.
Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
Oversee team training, performance management, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Postgraduate degree in
Microbiology / Biotechnology / Pharmacy / related sciences
.
15-20 years of
B2B sales experience
in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sectors.
Proven success in leading and scaling sales teams.
Strong industry network and customer relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM tools.
(Preferred) Degree/Diploma in
Management (Marketing)
and exposure to
international sales
