Sr. Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, general ledger, and bookkeeping.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor reconciliations.

Taxation & Compliance:

• Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Handle professional tax (PT) compliance and liaise with tax authorities.
• Assist in income tax assessments and audits.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and ensure adherence to legal requirements.

Payroll & PF:

• Oversee payroll processing with accurate deductions for PF, PT, and ESI.
• Ensure timely payment and filing of PF, PT, and other employee statutory benefits.

Auditing & Reporting:

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory audits.
• Generate financial reports and MIS for management decision-making.
• Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Other Responsibilities:

• Manage banking operations, including fund transfers and account reconciliations.
• Support management in financial planning and policy-making.
• Drive process improvements in financial systems and practices.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of 

  Accounting Principles, GST, TDS, PF, PT, and Corporate Taxation

  .
• Proficiency in 

  Tally, Zoho Books, MS Excel, and ERP systems

  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in IT/Service Industry finance is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com).
• MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in finance and taxation.
