Sr. Finance Executive

You should hold a CA Intermediate qualification with at least 3 years of Articleship Experience. You are required to have a good understanding of GST, Income Tax provisions, as well as Companies Act provisions. Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with monthly statutory filings are essential. Any Audit Experience in Construction and Technology companies will be considered an added advantage. Excellent communication skills are a must. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with the team to ensure all statutory requirements are met for the group companies. You will be responsible for cross-checking data for monthly statutory reporting, coordinating Audit and Secretarial compliances, conducting Internal Audits, and performing Ledger scrutinies to ensure proper closing of books. Additionally, you will need to stay updated with changing rules and regulations to ensure compliance.,
