We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive with expertise in foreign accounting. This role requires hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Xero Accounting, along with strong adaptability and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing international bookkeeping, financial records, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting using QuickBooks and Xero
• Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and reports
• Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams and foreign clients
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality in all financial tasks
• Use Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail) for reporting and communication

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (foreign accounting preferred)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero is mandatory
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills
• Comfortable with Google Workspace tools
• Adaptable, eager to learn, and a strong team player
