Sr. Finance Executive

As a Senior Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance functions. Your role will involve preparing and maintaining books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards using Tally/ERP. You will handle the monthly closing of accounts and preparation of financial statements such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Ensuring timely filing of VAT, CT, and other statutory returns, as well as maintaining proper documentation and record-keeping, will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Tally/ERP). - Handle monthly closing of accounts and preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). - Ensure timely filing of VAT, CT and other statutory returns. - Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping. Qualifications & Skills: - B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent. - 4+ years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in manufacturing or trading firms. - Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and taxation laws. - Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. In addition to the specified qualifications and responsibilities, the company requires fluency in English and a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with performance and yearly bonuses offered.
