Sr. Finance Executive

As a Finance Executive specializing in foreign accounting, your role will involve managing international bookkeeping, financial records, and reporting. Your expertise in QuickBooks and Xero Accounting will be crucial in ensuring accuracy and compliance with global standards. Your proactive nature and strong communication skills will enable you to coordinate effectively with internal teams and foreign clients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks using QuickBooks and Xero - Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and reports - Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting - Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Coordinate with internal teams and foreign clients for financial tasks - Ensure compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality in all financial activities - Utilize Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail) for reporting and communication purposes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or equivalent - Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, with a preference for foreign accounting - Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero is mandatory - Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills - Comfortable working with Google Workspace tools - Adaptable, eager to learn, and a strong team player In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to gain international accounting exposure and be part of a growth-oriented role with real-time learning.
