Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as a Senior Executive in HR and Admin for a renowned overseas education organization. Your role will involve handling various HR and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and execute the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. - Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training programs. - Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution. - Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. - Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives. - Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resource Information System). - Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review. - Oversee general administrative tasks, including office supplies management, facility maintenance, and vendor management. - Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for employees as needed. Qualification Required: - 2-4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles. - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,
