Job Description

Role Overview: As the Office Manager, you will oversee and manage day-to-day office operations and facility management. This includes maintaining inventory of office supplies, coordinating maintenance and repair of office equipment, handling courier dispatch, mail, and documentation, as well as assisting in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events. You will be responsible for maintaining records and files systematically, monitoring housekeeping, security, and office cleanliness, and ensuring adherence to administrative policies and procedures. Additionally, you will manage visitor logs and front office/reception activities. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain inventory of office supplies - Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment - Handle courier dispatch, mail, and documentation - Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events - Maintain records and files systematically - Monitor housekeeping, security, and office cleanliness - Ensure adherence to administrative policies and procedures - Manage visitor logs and front office/reception activities - Coordinate travel bookings for employees and management - Organize internal events - Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes Qualifications Required: - MBA in HRM or a related field - 13 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role - Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Organizational and multitasking abilities - Professional appearance and behavior - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure Additional Company Details (if available): This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is on a day shift with weekend availability, and the work location is in person.,
