Description
Utility & Energy Management Monitor and control energy consumption (air, water, electricity). Optimize machine load distribution and Power efficiency. Lead initiatives for energy conservation and reduction in utility costs. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance Panning & implement a strong preventive and predictive maintenance H.T transformer, UPS & Elect. Pannal schedule. Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of: Air Compressors Water Treatment Systems –RO, ETP, STP,. Industrial Pumps Press Shop – hydraulic/mechanical presses, die management. Machine Shop Machines – Short Blasting Machine, CNC Lathe, VMC, Wire Cut, SPM, Surface Grinder, Paint line & Panting. Rubber pant Machine , Knidder, Mill, Calendaring Machine etc. Team Leadership & Staff Development Lead, guide, and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Identify training needs, skill gaps, and conduct periodic technical training. Maintain shift-wise manpower allocation and workload planning. Spare Parts & Inventory Management Maintain critical spare parts stock and procurement planning. Coordinate with the purchase team for timely availability of materials. Monitor usage and avoid overstocking or shortage. Compliance, Documentation & Reporting Ensure adherence to ISO, TPM, 5S, and safety protocols. Keep updated logs of machine history, breakdown reports, and audit documentation. Prepare and present monthly performance reports on machine uptime, breakdown hours, maintenance cost, and energy usage. Project Execution & Continuous Improvement Lead engineering projects including new installations, machine overhauls, and layout modifications. Drive Kaizen, Lean practices, and automation where feasible. Participate in cross-functional improvement projects with Production and Quality teams.
