Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering Manager based in Pune. The Engineering Manager will lead and mentor engineering teams, oversee software development projects, ensure efficient integration processes, and manage project timelines effectively. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of hands-on development experience in Linux, Windows, System programming and full stack development.
• At least 5 years of development experience in Cybersecurity, IAM, ZTNA, VDI products
• Experience building at least 1 SaaS product
• Proven experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams toward meeting project objectives.
• Strong background in Software Development, with expertise in coding, debugging, and optimizing complex systems and solutions.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and monitoring projects to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Hands-on experience with system and software Integration, addressing compatibility and ensuring seamless operational workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the IT, cybersecurity, or remote access technology domain is an added advantage.
