Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Manager, based in Gurugram. The Engineering Manager will oversee and lead a team of engineers, driving the delivery of engineering projects. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, setting goals, mentoring team members, implementing best practices, conducting code reviews, and ensuring efficient collaboration across teams. The role also involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing technical roadmaps, and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience with Agile or similar development methodologies is a plus
• Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role in the tech industry
