The company is on a mission to assist organizations in enhancing security, verifying authenticity, and achieving measurable results through the strategic application of advanced AI, ML, and Big Data Analytics. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Team Leadership & Development:** Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Full Stack and AI/ML engineers. Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement. - **Technical Strategy & Architecture:** Drive end-to-end technical strategy, architecture, and execution for multiple AI-driven products ensuring security, scalability, and cost-efficiency. - **Execution & Delivery:** Oversee the product development lifecycle using agile methodologies. Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and technical risks for timely delivery. - **Technological Innovation:** Champion innovation by evaluating emerging AI/ML, full-stack, and infrastructure trends to ensure products remain competitive. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with product management, data science, and senior leadership to align on the technical roadmap and define product requirements. - **Engineering Excellence:** Establish best-in-class engineering practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines. - **Talent Acquisition:** Lead the hiring process for your team to attract and retain top-tier engineering talent. **Core Qualifications:** - 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in people management. - Expertise in Full-Stack development or AI/ML with a deep understanding of the other. - Proficiency in modern frameworks, languages, and microservices architecture. - Hands-on experience with ML lifecycle, cloud platforms, and containerization. - Success in leading agile development teams and managing product lifecycles. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Direct experience in deepfake detection, video/image analytics, or big data intelligence. - Exposure to building AI assistants or enterprise-grade decision support tools. - Background in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or regulated industries. - Success in scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
