Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business expansion in the government and defense sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of AI/ML-driven data analytics solutions and their applications in public security, law enforcement, and national defense. The ideal candidate is a have proven expertise in engaging government clients and driving complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to position AI/ML-based data analytics solutions within government agencies, law enforcement departments, and defense organizations.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with senior officials, policymakers, and procurement teams to identify and pursue business opportunities.
  • Lead the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, legal, and operations) to ensure compliance with government regulations and smooth project implementation.
  • Stay updated on government procurement policies, defense contracts, and emerging trends in AI-driven security solutions.
  • Identify partnership opportunities with defense contractors, system integrators, and technology providers to enhance business outreach.
  • Represent the company at industry events, government forums, and strategic meetings to position our brand as a trusted solutions provider.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of extensive experience in government sales, particularly within government and defense sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of public procurement processes, tenders, and contract negotiations.
  • Established network of high-level contacts in law enforcement, defense agencies, and government ministries.
  • Ability to navigate long and complex sales cycles, influencing key decision-makers at multiple levels.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively convey the value of AI/ML solutions.
  • Experience working within or alongside defense organizations, intelligence agencies, or security tech firms is highly desirable.
  • A self-motivated leader with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance public safety and national security.
