Role Description

The Engineering Manager will oversee and guide engineering teams, ensuring the successful delivery of software development projects. Responsibilities include managing engineering resources, leading technical discussions, supervising project integration, and fostering team development. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring active collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to project goals and schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership, with the ability to mentor and inspire teams.
• Strong background in Software Development, with expertise in designing and building scalable and reliable software solutions.
• Project Management skills with a focus on planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Proficiency in Integration and deploying complex software systems across different environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the publishing or content automation industry is an advantage.
