JOB SUMMARY

lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and supporting closure of B2B interior and furniture projects

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Develop strong relationships with

    corporate clients, architects, interior designers, PMCs, builders, and contractors

  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals, BOQs, and presentations
  • Assist in pricing discussions, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Track and follow up on leads to ensure timely conversion

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and coordination

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Share market intelligence with management to support business planning

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with

    design, estimation, procurement, factory, and execution teams

    for smooth project delivery
  • Support documentation related to proposals, work orders, and client approvals

Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline reports, and lead status
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to management

KPIs / PERFORMANCE METRICS

  • Number of new leads generated
  • Conversion ratio of leads to orders
  • Revenue achieved vs target
  • Client retention and repeat business
  • Timely follow-up and closure of opportunities

FUNCTIONAL & BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
  • Good understanding of

    B2B / project-based sales

  • Professional approach in dealing with clients and internal teams

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Qualification:

    Graduate / Post Graduate (Marketing preferred)
  • Experience:

    2–5 years of experience in

    B2B / Project Sales

    , preferably in
  • Office interiors
  • Modular furniture
  • Fit-outs / Construction / Building materials
  • Existing contacts with

    architects, interior designers, PMCs, corporate decision-makers

    will be an added advantage
