Key Relations

This role will support end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on technical and niche roles. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and rest of the HR team to ensure timely hiring, a smooth candidate experience, and strong hiring outcomes. The role is hands-on and execution-focused, with opportunities to contribute to hiring improvements and employer branding initiatives.




Roles and Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles (technical and select non-technical).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support closure of candidates.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

  • Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
  • Engage passive candidates and keep them warm through consistent follow-ups.

Candidate Screening & Experience

  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess role fit, interest, and basic technical understanding.
  • Ensure candidates have a positive, transparent, and timely hiring experience.
  • Support offer discussions and documentation in coordination with HR.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and HR partners to keep hiring on track.
  • Ensure interview schedules, feedback, and decisions move forward without delays.
  • Act as a point of contact between candidates and internal teams.

Hiring Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate data on ATS and recruitment trackers.
  • Track key metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and offer acceptance.
  • Support hiring process improvements and documentation as needed.

Employer Branding & Hiring Support

  • Support referral drives, job postings, and hiring campaigns.
  • Represent Qure.ai positively when engaging with candidates and vendors.
  • Coordinate with external agencies only when required.



Skills and Expertise required

  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with exposure to technical hiring.
  • Familiarity with roles such as Software Engineers, Data, DevOps, or similar tech profiles.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and ATS tools.
  • Basic understanding of tech stacks and role expectations (no deep technical expertise required).
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Exposure to hiring for global roles is a plus (US/UK/other regions).
  • Employer Branding & Outreach – Ability to promote the company culture and attract top talent.
  • Pipeline Development – Experience in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
  • Ability to conduct initial technical screenings and assess problem-solving abilities, Behavioral & Cultural Fit Evaluation, Experience in using assessment tools, coding challenges, and technical case studies.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering leaders, CTOs, and HR teams, Liaison between HR, technical teams, and external agencies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making, Ability to track and analyze hiring KPIs (time-to-fill, offer acceptance, source effectiveness).
  • Salary Negotiation & Offer Management, Compensation Planning – Understanding of market salary trends, equity, and benefits.
  • Ensuring smooth communication, feedback loops, and a positive hiring journey.
  • Diverse Hiring Strategies – Experience in inclusive hiring practices to attract underrepresented groups in tech.
  • Bias-Free Recruitment – Implementing structured and fair hiring processes.
  • Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement, Process Optimization, identifying gaps in the hiring process and improving efficiency. Quick decision-making in a fast-paced hiring environment.
