As a dynamic and high performing Senior Business Development Manager with experience in selling ERP software solutions, you will play a vital role in the sales team at B-Square. You are expected to demonstrate a high level of understanding of business processes, technologies, and solutions. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Provide detailed ERP software demonstrations across multiple industries. - Engage with prospects to understand their business processes. - Prepare and submit responses for RFI/RFQ/RFP. - Set up general software demos. - Develop new business opportunities and expand the client base. - Conduct online and onsite demonstrations of software functionality to prospects and clients. - Demonstrate proficiency in qualifying, presenting, and demonstrating B-Square Products. - Stay updated on industry, competition, and technology trends and developments. **Skill Sets:** - Extremely sharp thinking with the ability to quickly grasp customer requirements and present solutions on the spot. - Ability to communicate effectively with top-level business and IT managers. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in delivering presentations to large audiences, showcasing domain and technology knowledge. - Strong team player. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Experience: 5-10 years.
