Job Title: Senior React Lead Location: Technopark, Trivandrum Experience: 5+ Years Work Mode: Onsite-Trivandrum Joining: Immediate or within 30 days We are looking for a Senior React Lead with strong technical expertise in React.js and Next.js, along with proven experience in leading teams and managing projects . The ideal candidate will drive the development of complex web applications and ensure timely delivery with high code quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of web applications using React.js and Next.js Mentor front-end developers and enforce coding best practices Manage project timelines, tasks, and delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams Conduct code reviews and implement reusable component architectures Integrate APIs using GraphQL , React Query , and WebSockets Solve technical challenges and ensure application performance and scalability Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends Good to Have: Experience with TypeScript , testing tools (Jest, Cypress) Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure Familiarity with GraphQL Subscriptions Technical Skills Required: Strong experience in React.js , Next.js , Redux or Zustand Expert in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS Deep understanding of component-based architecture Experience with GraphQL , React Query , and real-time communication (WebSockets) Familiar with tools like Webpack , Vite , and Git Project Management & Leadership: Ability to lead projects, delegate tasks, and track progress Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Experience in Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban Skilled in mentoring junior developers and resolving technical issues
