Regional Sales Manager

As a dynamic and high-performing candidate with experience in selling ERP software solutions, your role will involve developing new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and engaging in the entire sales process from identifying prospects to closing deals. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and converting suspects into prospects through proactive sales activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new business opportunities and expand the client base for ERP software solutions - Engage in the entire sales process from prospect identification to deal closure and client relationship maintenance - Proactively convert suspects into prospects and further convert prospects into proposals - Demonstrate competence in qualifying, presenting, and demonstrating B-Square Products - Stay current with industry and competitive research to enable rich client dialogue and maintain an understanding of client business challenges, industry trends, and markets Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the software/IT industry with management experience, partner network management, and knowledge of the ERP software lifecycle - Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets - Self-motivated with a high level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment - Strong communication skills, both over the phone and face to face, and capable of managing professional sales presentations - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Minimum bachelor's degree; preferred master's degree in Sales and Marketing Please share your updated CV directly to hr@bsquare.in for a quick response.
