We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who can drive international business growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities in markets such as the USA, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East—particularly in emerging domains like AI, Odoo ERP, and other latest technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.


  • Experience
    : 3–5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience in the IT / software services industry.
  • International Market Exposure: Must have prior experience handling clients from USA, Canada, Europe, or Middle East.
  • Technology Focus: Strong understanding of AI/ML solutions, Odoo ERP implementations, and latest web & mobile technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project estimation processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert clients from international markets (primarily North America, Europe, Middle East, and Australia).


  • Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and outbound campaigns.
  • Understand client requirements for AI, Odoo, and modern software development projects.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand project needs, scope, and technology expectations.
  • Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to prepare project proposals, SOWs, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients throughout the sales cycle and post-project onboarding.
  • Draft and present high-quality business proposals and quotations aligned with client needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms and finalize deals within target timelines.
  • Ensure all proposals align with Space-O’s technical capabilities and delivery standards.
  • Analyze international markets, emerging tech trends, and competitors.
  • Identify new service opportunities, especially in AI-based software, automation, Odoo ERP solutions, and web/mobile apps.
  • Provide strategic input to leadership for business growth planning and diversification.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Prepare periodic reports on business performance and conversion ratios.
