The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in developing and managing mobile and web applications. Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and to monitor and report on progress. Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to coach and mentor team members to ensure their success. Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Experience working with remote teams and stakeholders is a plus. Roles and Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of mobile and web application projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, quality assurance analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and regularly monitor and report on progress to stakeholders. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Manage project scope, change requests, and dependencies, ensuring that they are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders. Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards, including functionality, performance, and user experience. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
