Sr. Business Development Executive

1. Responsible for online bidding on Upwork (Mandatory), Elance, GURU, Freelancer, and PPH portals.


2. The candidate should be able to do Cold Calls to potential customers based on the international market.


3. Excellent communication skills, able to well communicate with customers across the globe.


4. Should be flexible to coordinate with the clients for night shifts when required.


5. Experience of 3- 5 years of international business development is a must.


6. Good knowledge of getting quality leads for web design/development and mobile application development.


7. Understanding and thorough knowledge of trending and new technologies for web and mobile.


8. The Candidate should be technically sound and the ability to work independently


9. Knows ethical way of bidding and proposal making as per the job requirement.


10. Prior experience in handling targets and work as an individual contributor on the team.

5. Involved in the creation of short & long- term plans for RFPs, software development & peer development


6. Formulated offer strategy in coordination with the business development team and Key account managers


7. Actively involved in the decision-making process with technical staff and higher management.


8. Introducing improvements in business strategy based on the customer\ s feedback.
